About Us:

School Mission: At Calvary Chapel Academy, we are dedicated to creating a nurturing environment where young hearts and minds grow in the grace and knowledge of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. Through creative activities, hands-on experiences, and Biblical teachings, we aim to inspire curiosity, build character, and develop a love for God, learning, and each other. In partnership with parents, we seek to encourage each child to grow in faith, wisdom, and kindness, and to prepare them for a successful future in Christ.  We believe that every child is created by God with unique gifts and purpose. Therefore, we strive to cultivate a love for learning while laying a strong foundation in Biblical truth. We teach from a Biblical worldview, integrating faith into every subject and activity.

Tuition FAQ’s

General FAQ’s

How do I qualify for the Calvary Rate?
You must attend Calvary Chapel of the Hudson Valley for at least 1 year in person and tithe. The Board of Trustees will determine if you qualify and notify you after your application has been reviewed.
Is there a discount if I send multiple children?
  • Yes, there is a 20% discount on total tuition for families of multiple children.
  • Is there a discount if I pay in full?

  • Yes, a 5% discount will be applied if you pay the total tuition before September 1.
How can I make payments?
Calvary Chapel Academy utilizes the online billing platform, FACTS. Payments can be made in your FACTS account. 
Where do I submit the application fee?
Please visit https://ccohv.org/give and select "Calvary Chapel Academy" under the "funds" dropdown.
If multiple children are applying, do I need to pay an application fee per child?
No, the application fee is per family. You only need to pay the $50 once. 
Do I need to attend Calvary Chapel of the Hudson Valley to apply?
No, you do not need to attend our church to apply to our school. If you are interested in attending our church, we have services at 9 am and 11 am on Sundays, and at 7 pm on Wednesdays.
How do I apply?
  • Complete and submit the attached student application and review the policies and procedures. Submit the application fee. After the application has been reviewed, one of our board members will contact you.
I’m a retired teacher and have a garage full of materials. Could the program use anything?

Will the school require uniforms?
  • No, but we will be selling school spiritwear in the upcoming months.
Will the school be looking to hire staff members?
Yes! We will be looking to hire teachers and teaching assistants. Please email [email protected] and an application will be emailed to you. 
Will transportation be available?
No, transportation will not be available for the 2026-2027 school year.
