Baptism Signup Form
We are having a night of worship and baptisms on Sunday Evening, February 25th at 5pm, here at Calvary Chapel Hudson Valley. Below you can fill out your information below and feel free to leave any questions or concerns you might have.
Please wear a T-shirt (preferably a dark color T-Shirt) and shorts for your baptism.
* Please bring a towel and change of dry clothes. There will be dressing rooms available to change.
The Bible says that all professing Christians should be baptized (Matthew 28:18-20). Whether you've been following Jesus for a long time and never got baptized or are a new Christian, we would be honored to baptize you!
